Senate District 41 has a fantastic candidate running to serve our Helena community in the Montana legislature. Montana’s Legislature needs new energy and new ways of thinking about complex issues — such as housing affordability, school funding, and real tax reform that addresses the needs of working Montanans. Erin Farris-Olsen is just the candidate to do it, and she deserves our vote.

Erin is a working mom of two boys. She knows that when the legislature fails to fund education, Helena schools are even more reliant on Helena taxpayers for facility and operating expenses. Erin will fight to fund schools at the state level, so we don’t have to rely on new property taxes. Erin understands that affordable housing must be Montana's top priority next session, involving state, federal, and local governments, along with private partners. Erin has a background in non-profit management and a record of building just the types of partnerships needed to get the job done, with the street smarts to do it!
